Cyndy Osorio-Umana, ACSW, is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Northridge. Currently working towards clinical licensure under supervision, Cyndy specializes in anxiety, depression, children and family conflict, and life transitions. Cyndy is an Associate Clinical Social Worker dedicated to guiding individuals and families on their journey to healing.
With a compassionate approach rooted in evidence-based practices, Cyndy creates a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients. Through a collaborative process, Cyndy blends cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic approaches. This tailored approach helps clients navigate challenges and foster resilience, empowerment, and confidence. Cyndy is fluent in Spanish and offers therapy services in both English and Spanish.
