Christine Tolentino, AMFT, APCC, holds an MA in Clinical Psychology focusing on Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling from Pepperdine University. Christine provides therapeutic services in our Valencia location and is available for in-person or telehealth appointments. She works with couples, adolescents, teens, and adults who are experiencing a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, grief, post-traumatic stress disorder, and family relations.
Christine offers a range of effective therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, Mindfulness, Bowenian-family systems interventions, and Psychodynamic methods. In her therapeutic process, she aims to delve into the different facets of her clients lives, establish achievable targets, and devise strategies that will assist her clients in making positive changes. Her goal is to help her clients discover their purpose, live in the moment, and build healthier family relationships. She believes that it is a privilege to accompany her clients on her journey towards healing and transformation and looks forward to working with her clients to create a brighter future.
