Stephanie Cruz, ACSW, is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Northridge. Currently working towards clinical licensure under supervision, she specializes in treating anxiety, depression, children and family conflict, and life transitions. Passionate about social justice, trauma recovery, and personal growth, Stephanie is committed to guiding individuals and families on their journey to healing and self-empowerment.

With extensive experience working with diverse clients—including families, couples, and individuals facing trauma, stress, behavioral, and relational challenges—Stephanie brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and build resilience. By blending cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic approaches, she tailors treatment to help clients overcome obstacles and foster empowerment.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Stephanie is dedicated to offering inclusive therapy services to individuals from all backgrounds.

Stephanie is working under the supervision of April De Higes, LMFT.
